The Mentor who does it all!

Life presents you with certain situations when you are not clear about what is to be done. Everything seems to be amiss and out of your control. Future seems to be bleak with the least options to pursue and peak your beak at. We are blatant about making things better but the only missing element being the absence of the right sort of advice. Our world is full of ups and downs and as individuals, there are circumstances where you need the right word to redefine who you are. The glory of the past has nothing to do with the idleness of the present. And, keeping that in mind, one needs an uplifting and this is common to every single being on this planet.

It is always tough in terms of settling down and being someone you are not. The urge to fulfill one's biggest desires are met once the Hunt is back, but still, one needs to Nick it back to things which calculates the right adversaries of life. Under this humungous turmoil, very few emerge as the clear leaders to follow the path which they started. The right advice or the right word can often lead to choosing the right road. Frost had left behind an entire tale to tell and he had been right in each of the words he chose. Guidance matters a lot and as a professional lot, we look for it from the ones that surround us. Clearly, the guiding star who can bring out the best from you and the one who is there to back you up when things aren't right.

This little piece here is subjected to a man who has been the light and the one to point out the right side for me. Respect is often earned and not forced and this night for me reiterates the pleasure of knowing him as a person and having him as a mentor. Maybe the right word, maybe the right movie or maybe the right choice of beer is all we need, knowingly or unknowingly and there is luck on my side that I have the mentor who does it all for me.

The Sincere Effects of Positivity

Positivity is a conscious effort to maintain a sense of trust and belief towards anything and everything that affects you. Well, a positive way to start a piece considering that one spends their majority of time around people who are going to warn you before you hear your heart out. Even the most optimistic soul is tilted to advising you for saying a blunt NO. Yes, that's what we deal with regularly and that's what has been defining us on a daily basis. We jump into things with a truckload of energy but very few emerge as winners as we tend to encounter people who demean us on the lowest possible level of self-confidence.

Yes, that's what we get day in and day out from the crowd that surrounds us. The go-getter attitude is often the subject of being trolled and the point of being a step ahead is stamped with the general consensus of being over smart. The realization for the common man is a typical one and the worst point about it is that it lowers the ones with potential. Although this might affect every single passionate dreamer, it mostly affects the budding professional that wants to stand out of the crowd or the one with the crazy thought of doing something different. Even at this heady age of startups, the only thought that hampers the growth of a disruptive idea is none but this.

It takes years to get the thought that people are always gonna be in a space of speaking in a way that favors them most but by the time one is aware of it, it's far too late and they already have joined the group that negates another believer. The cycle then just continues and the ones that make the difference continue to be the one talked about for they never cared about failure. We all believe then, that they are different, and have thousands of praises for the things that they did.

Having said a lot on the current society, it has been evident that the number that brings a change is always on the lesser side of it. It is the truth and if you believe that this is what is crumbling us, then you have probably accepted the negativity with which this article had been framed. The sincere efforts to make this negative has been a success and positivity, as always, remains beyond the grasp of another common man.
